1. The application
AutoMenax lets Etsy sellers connect their own shop through OAuth, read their own active and draft listings, prepare local listing drafts, and create one seller-confirmed Etsy draft through Etsy's official Open API. The V1 draft flow supports seller-provided images, price, quantity, SKU, one standard inventory offering, and existing shipping and processing profiles.
The application is a seller tool. It is not a marketplace, does not replace Etsy checkout and does not process buyer purchases.
2. Independent application
AutoMenax is developed and provided solely by Berkay Yalinkilic. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates do not develop, provide, endorse, certify or warrant the application or its data. The application is not Etsy's agent, partner or representative.
The seller's Etsy account and use of Etsy remain governed by the agreements between the seller and Etsy.
3. Eligibility and account security
A user may create one personal application account and may connect a shop only if authorized to act for that shop and legally able to accept these Terms. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their password and session, and report unauthorized access.
Users must not provide an Etsy password, API key, shared secret or OAuth token. A shop will be connected only through the Etsy OAuth screen reached from the application.
Account registration provides access to a private preparation workspace. Etsy shop connection may remain limited to approved test or review accounts while the application operates under Personal Access.
4. Authorization and seller-directed actions
Etsy displays the permissions requested by the application. The seller decides whether to authorize them and may later disconnect or revoke access. Authorization does not transfer ownership of the seller's shop, listings or content.
The seller is responsible for reviewing listing information and the destination shop before confirming an operation. The application may limit a request to protect security, comply with API limits, avoid duplicates or follow Etsy requirements.
5. Listings, products and rights
The seller retains rights in submitted content and grants the operator a limited right to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the application. The seller remains responsible for Etsy policy compliance, accuracy, required disclosures and the right to use submitted text, images and other intellectual property.
6. Prohibited use
- Scraping Etsy pages or bypassing Etsy's API, authentication, limits, checkout or security controls;
- obtaining another member's password, token, private data or unauthorized shop access;
- spam, artificial metric manipulation or misleading activity;
- off-Etsy transaction diversion;
- building a marketplace or checkout that replaces Etsy;
- facilitating prohibited, inauthentic, mass-produced or infringing products; or
- unauthorized analysis, scripted Etsy page extraction, content licensing or unrelated data-product development involving Etsy content.
7. Privacy and fees
The Privacy Policy explains the application's data practices. The pre-launch version does not charge sellers. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be displayed before purchase. The operator, not Etsy, is responsible for any permitted invoicing, fee collection and taxes.
8. Availability, suspension and discontinuation
Functions may change to improve security, comply with Etsy requirements or reflect API changes. No uninterrupted availability or acceptance of every requested operation will be promised. Planned permanent discontinuation will follow Etsy's current notice, support and transition requirements.
Access may be suspended for a Terms breach, security or legal risk, Etsy-data misuse or conduct that would cause the application to violate Etsy requirements.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available.”

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
10. Contact and acceptance
Members can delete their account and associated application workspace from the Etsy connection screen. Account deletion does not delete listings already submitted to Etsy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions can be sent to the monitored support address below. The application records the Terms version and acceptance time when a user completes the click-through acceptance.
