1. The application
AutoMenax lets Etsy sellers connect their own shop through OAuth, read their own active and draft listings, prepare local listing drafts, and create one seller-confirmed Etsy draft through Etsy's official Open API. The V1 draft flow supports seller-provided images, price, quantity, SKU, one standard inventory offering, and existing shipping and processing profiles.
Product Creator lets an eligible user upload artwork they own or are licensed to use, select a catalog product and use their own OpenRouter or fal.ai API credential to prepare model-generated mockup and listing-draft outputs. Only one image provider credential is active at a time. Product Creator outputs remain drafts for mandatory manual review and are not automatically published to Etsy.
The optional AutoMenax wallet is closed-loop service credit denominated in USD and provided by Yalinkilic LLC, including when accessed from an EtsyOkulu member dashboard. It is not a bank account and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another user. Purchased credit is added through Stripe Checkout after a verified payment webhook. The minimum Stripe top-up is 50 USD. The operator may issue separately recorded, platform-funded trial credit without a customer payment; trial credit can be used for services but is not redeemable for cash. Historical bank-transfer records remain subject to administrator reconciliation. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks may create corresponding reversals, including a restricted or negative balance.
The application is a seller tool. It is not a marketplace, does not replace Etsy checkout and does not process buyer purchases.
2. Independent application
AutoMenax is developed and provided solely by Yalinkilic LLC. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates do not develop, provide, endorse, certify or warrant the application or its data. The application is not Etsy's agent, partner or representative.
The seller's Etsy account and use of Etsy remain governed by the agreements between the seller and Etsy.
3. Eligibility and account security
A user may create one personal application account and may connect a shop only if authorized to act for that shop and legally able to accept these Terms. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their password and session, and report unauthorized access.
Users must not provide an Etsy password, Etsy developer API key, Etsy shared secret or Etsy OAuth token. A shop will be connected only through the Etsy OAuth screen reached from the application. An eligible Product Creator user may separately provide their own OpenRouter or fal.ai API key in the designated secure BYOK field; this permission does not extend to Etsy credentials.
Account registration provides access to a private seller workspace. Each seller must separately authorize their own Etsy shop through Etsy OAuth before the application can access that shop.
When an authenticated EtsyOkulu member opens an eligible AutoMenax integration, EtsyOkulu sends a short-lived authenticated subject credential and requested narrow scope. AutoMenax verifies the member identity and active supplier entitlement, then creates or reuses an owner-scoped account mapping so it can display the current Terms. Product Creator credential storage, project creation and wallet funding remain unavailable until the current click-through Terms are accepted.
4. Authorization and seller-directed actions
Etsy displays the permissions requested by the application. The seller decides whether to authorize them and may later disconnect or revoke access. Authorization does not transfer ownership of the seller's shop, listings or content.
The seller is responsible for reviewing listing information and the destination shop before confirming an operation. The application may limit a request to protect security, comply with API limits, avoid duplicates or follow Etsy requirements.
5. Listings, products and rights
The seller retains rights in submitted content and grants the operator a limited right to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the application. The seller remains responsible for Etsy policy compliance, accuracy, required disclosures and the right to use submitted text, images and other intellectual property.
When Product Creator is used, the submitted artwork, product context and prompt are sent to the image provider selected by the user. The application automatically assigns the configured image model for OpenRouter or fal.ai; users choose only the provider. The user must review the selected provider's applicable terms and model-provider conditions and must verify every generated claim and image before any publication.
By accepting this version once for their account, the user confirms that they have the right to use every artwork they submit and that they will not submit or use any unauthorized brand, logo, character or other third-party intellectual property.
6. Prohibited use
- Scraping Etsy pages or bypassing Etsy's API, authentication, limits, checkout or security controls;
- obtaining another member's password, token, private data or unauthorized shop access;
- spam, artificial metric manipulation or misleading activity;
- off-Etsy transaction diversion;
- building a marketplace or checkout that replaces Etsy;
- facilitating prohibited, inauthentic, mass-produced or infringing products; or
- unauthorized analysis, scripted Etsy page extraction, content licensing or unrelated data-product development involving Etsy content.
7. Privacy and fees
The Privacy Policy explains the application's data practices. When wallet funding is enabled, the user chooses the top-up amount before leaving for Stripe Checkout. The return from Stripe does not itself add credit; only a verified webhook does. Historical bank-transfer notices do not add credit until an administrator reconciles the matching movement. Applicable prices, refunds and taxes must be shown before a paid purchase. The operator, not Etsy, is responsible for permitted fee collection and taxes.
8. Availability, suspension and discontinuation
Functions may change to improve security, comply with Etsy requirements or reflect API changes. No uninterrupted availability or acceptance of every requested operation will be promised. Planned permanent discontinuation will follow Etsy's current notice, support and transition requirements.
Access may be suspended for a Terms breach, security or legal risk, Etsy-data misuse or conduct that would cause the application to violate Etsy requirements.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available.”

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
10. Contact and acceptance
First-party members can delete their account and associated application workspace from the Etsy connection screen. Federated EtsyOkulu members can request access, export or deletion through the monitored privacy address while the dedicated federated self-service flow is being completed. Account deletion does not delete listings already submitted to Etsy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions can be sent to the monitored support address below. The application keeps immutable evidence of the Terms version, document hash, source client and acceptance time when a user completes the click-through acceptance.
